POLYCHROME GREEN TRANSFER WARE PLATE

FRESH CUT FLOWERS

For consideration is this lovely green polychrome transferware plate by Ridgways in the Plymouth pattern. The green transfer design features hand painted touches of purple, yellow, deep red/burgundy and bright green on the face, underglaze. The outer border is a tiny calico in solid brown while the center design is a bouquet of fresh flowers including roses and daisies.

Measures appx 8"

Condition is great, no chips or cracks, very little crazing, commensurate to age, is present.
